Jordi Alba has completed his 14 million euro move to Barcelona, penning a five-year deal from La Liga rivals Valencia. The Spanish full-back had agreed the move prior to La Roja's Euro 2012 victory but completed his medical on Thursday. And the 23-year-old's unveiling certainly appeared to go down well with the Camp Nou crowd. Alba is Barca's first signing of the summer as they build for the upcoming season under new coach Tito Vilanova, following Pep Guardiola's departure. Alba is no stranger to the Catalan club having coming through the ranks but it was Valencia where the Spaniard made his name after signing in 2007. He soon became a regular in Unai Emery's side, making 74 league appearances in three seasons, scoring five times. That gained the raiding full-back recognition, earning his international call up against Scotland in October last year. He went on to become an integral part of the Spainish record-breaking squad after securing back-to-back European titles at Euro 2012 - scoring his side's second goal in the final against Italy.
